Great for callisthenics
Very strong straps & comfortable grip. Confident that the straps will hold a lot of weight (& you won’t fall flat on your face!). Definite worthwhile purchase.

Really happy with the Rings, purchased alongside the weighted vest they sell as these rings have a higher than usual max weight limit so they go ideally together for my weighted calisthenics training.

High Quality, Perfect Grip Diameter
I train pull ups and muscle ups and have been doing so for a few years. I found the grip width on these to be ideal for over grip. The thicker rings gives support to the wrists allowing more endurance and better performance. Since acquiring these I have managed to improve my muscle up personal best from 2-5 reps!
