Excellent port replicator and easy to use
I got this for my Lenovo Thinkbook so I could use external (2) monitors. It is very small and compact but a little heft to it. Using the laptop's power supply I am able to power the laptop and 1 external monitor while the other required an adapter for the wall. I can use the laptop with 2 monitors, USB keyboard and mouse, and have an older USB port for headphones making this a good option from working away from my main PC rig. There are no moving parts, lights, or things to break so and it just works. I would highly recommend for modern laptops as they have limited powered ports and few to no older usb plug support.

Intermittent work must have
It works well for working in different locations all the time, fits nice in my laptop bag and is not bulky, and the cord rolls up very neat!

Died 2 days after return window, taking down DP port and ethernet ports
Couple of weeks using DP port with Lenovo Thinkpad 16 Gen2 and Lenovo G32qc-30, monitor started random error notifications. Contacted Lenovo support who installed and reinstalled drivers to no avail, so I switched to HDMI, buying a new monitor. Today, 2 days after the return window, the ethernet port suddenly died. Contacted Lenovo support, endured two hours of troubleshooting before Lenovo decided to replace the dock. In retrospect the dock probablyruined the DP port on the monitor and continued failing with the ethernet port. After buying a new monitor, now I have to shop for a new dock since I may risk ruining my new monitor with the replacement dock Lenovo promised to send.

Open box
Supossed to have been a new item . Obviously a returned item as the box was torn and taped together. Plus the item was defective. The company was great at issuing a return and money back asap

Great for on the go
I needed something I could use to display dual monitors while on the go. The build is adequate and sturdy. I haven't had any issues with connectivity. It's plug and play which was a huge selling point for me. It's definitely a value for the money. It's light weight and small. You can easily tuck this into your laptop bag while on the go. It's about the size of the computer mouse. It doesn't seem to generate any heat or noise. I'm satisfied with this purchase and would purchase again if I need to.

Limited - Not compatible with all Lenovo power bricks.
It's fine - It works. BUT, the standard 'block' rectangular type Lenovo charger that comes with the older laptops and full size dock do Not fit this mini one. Also, if you have more than one (1) USB-A device, you're outta luck.
