There's two types of compression shirts, this is a slimming shirt not compression shirt, a compression shirt is good for someone that maybe lost weight and has some loose skin all around, the slimming shirt is for bigger belly's , it does pull it in maybe an inch or inch and half without sucking in your belly and it's perfect for someone like me that has loose skin around the middle, it makes my tummy look somewhat flat. I'm 5'10" 174lbs, my waist is 32" so my body looks average however without a slimming shirt my tummy has extra skin that hangs over my belt like a flat tire. I step into the tank top and pull up to put it on is how I find to be the easiest way, I ordered a large at first and it works but I feel I can manage the medium much better, I can wear this all day and it stays in place pretty much and I pull it down a bit when I need to use the restroom. This helps tighten up my look and suck in a little of of my belly pudge. It's not going to transform you from fat to skinny, but it does make me feel more confident in shirts that might be getting a little too tight. If you like or want more compression and slimming effects, don't be afraid to order one or two sizes smaller than what you normally wear. The amount of stretch that this shirt has will allow you to fit into the smaller sizes pretty easily. I normally wear an extra large, sometimes a large, and I ordered a small. The small size shirt has no negative effects on my breathing or freedom of movement or anything else. The way the shirt fits, and how it makes me look is helpful for my self-esteem and self confidence. This is a compression shirt that I feel confident enough about to recommend it for others.

This shirt is pretty nice and well made. Also it seems pretty tough and hopefully will last a while. I was sent the wrong size but it still ended up fitting fine so it all worked out. I ordered an XL and received an L but like I said, it still fits so that's good

This tank was extremely tight on my son and he did not like it. It might be just what someone else is looking for but for my son it was too tight to move in it.

Compression is great, and feels good. The only reason not five star is because after it got washed had black spots so now I can't use it with a white shirt underneath
