While I did see some other reviews stating that the color doesn't match what is advertised, the midnight version of this case seems pretty close to the color of the MacBook. It meshes well with the laptop and offers decent protection from scratches and fingerprints. However, it probably won't protect your laptop from severe drops or direct hits. Nevertheless, the extra piece of mind that you'll be able to keep your MacBook in pristine condition for longer is worth it in my opinion. The case itself doesn't impede with any of the laptop's functions. There's still plenty of space to plug your charger and various peripherals in. Opening and closing the lid works fine and there are rubber feet on the bottom to prevent your laptop from becoming a slip and slide. It doesn't come with a keyboard skin or any other extras like I have seen with other cases, but that is a minor thing which can be overlooked, especially since I personally don't like keyboard skins since they hamper the typing experience.

Case feels good and looks good. The only thing that I did not like was the keyboard cover. Feels loose and doesn’t look the best. Sometimes when I’m typing it lifts up. Overall it is good

This case is perfect! I wouldn't trade it for anything. At first I ordered a different case from another manufacturer for my macbook air, and I absolutely hated it. It was way too bulky. But this case is so silky smooth, low profile, and "barely there" that I can't even tell I have a case on my computer. I'm not sure if it is the most protective case in the world, but that's okay with me! I would rather it be beautiful because my laptop mostly just sits at home and I'm very gentle with my electronics when I'm on the go.If you want a stylish case that shows off your macbooks color, this is the one.

The best that I like about it is you can't even tell it's on. Extremely slim easy to apply and protects my laptop. The keyboard protector works beautifully and also Extremely slim. Great buy and recommend!

As you can see this is a beautiful case that doesn’t take much away from the laptop itself. However see all those little handprints, that is something they should work on. It is scratch resistant and fits well, it’s as durable as any other case, but definitely worth the money

The level of protection provided by this case seems inadequate, and I can't help but wish I had opted for a more robust alternative.In hindsight, it's clear that not all cases are created equal, and sometimes, spending a bit more upfront can save you from the frustration of having to replace a damaged case too soon. If you're in the market for a MacBook case, I would recommend considering more reliable and durable options, even if they come with a higher price tag. It's a lesson learned, and I'll be more cautious in selecting accessories for my devices in the future.
