Excellent --has monk fruit. Love it
It does give me energy. I suggest you only use 8-12 oz. water, kind of weak in flavor, but, still good. Best part--monk fruit instead of stevia on this variety.

Like that there's no artificial sweeteners. Favorite flavor is the watermelon lemonade.

It was ok
I bought the Sugar-Free version as a replacement for LiquidIV. The taste is definitely not the same or similar. They taste watered down. I even tried just pouring 4oz of water per packet and it still tasted watered down. I felt no difference in energy levels or hydration compared to LiquidIV or any electrolyte drink. The upside is that the price per unit is definitely budget friendly but the quality will make me double guess buying it again.

There must be better tasting products out there
Repulsively sweet and artificial tasting. I regret this purchase as there is no way I can gag through obe more glass, let alone an entire bag. Ugh!

WEAK ON TASTE
Weak on flavor. Not salty like most, but I had to use 2 packets for. 10-12oz glass, and still was weak on flavor. I prefer the ultima brand for taste.
