Impeccable. J'utilisais un marteau quand j'étais aux études hôtelières, il y a plus de 30 ans, et à l'époque ça courait les rues, on en trouvait dans tous les magasins. Devenus presque introuvables de nos jours c'est pourtant un impératif à avoir dans sa cuisine.Celui ci est de très bonne facture, ni trop lourd ni trop léger, fait redoutablement bien ce qu'on lui demande.
