I used too only use plain white kidney beans these so much better, all the added ingredients are natural and good for you so glad I tried them, they also seem to help with my weight loss and appetite

I got this thinking that it is just white kidney bean extract. While I prefer that it would just be White Kidney Bean extract, this blends includes other ingredients that to me like coffee bean and green tea leaves, feel like they are helping to curb my diet as well. I will have to take this for early(breakfast and lunch) meal and get just the kidney bean extract for dinner
