Plantronics - Blackwire 3210 - Wired, Single Ear (Monaural) Headset with Boom Mic - USB-A to connect to your PC and/or Mac

After attempting a bluetooth set up for my laptop phone calls that didn't work, this totally rocks! All parties can hear clearly now on my computer dialer.

Work great. Inexpensive but quality product

I work in a call center & I’m just not yet willing to spend an arm and a leg for a nice headset. This one is very clear and has pretty good noise cancellation. Compared to the wireless ones I tried, it actually sounds like a phone call instead of someone talking to you from inside an air vent.Wired just seems a lot better all around even though you do have the downside of not being able to walk away from your computer.The fit is ok. I do sometimes get annoyed with the thing going around my head. It isn’t too tight but definitely needs repositioning throughout the day to keep me from having a headache. The earpiece cushion is extremely thin and I had to buy a replacement that is better quality.I will definitely upgrade them in the future, but they work well and haven’t had any problems other than the fit.There isn’t a lot of room to expand the length of it either so if you have a giant head it’s prob not gonna work out.

I ordered this as a replacement to my old Plantronics Blackwire C710-M Wired Headset. This one was advertised as the newer replacement but it is nowhere near the quality. It did not come in a box or retail packaging, just in a plastic bag and they shipped it in a soft mailer so by the time it arrived, the headband part was misshapen and I had to try to reshape it to the actual contours of a human head. The ear piece itself is only foam, there is not soft comfortable covering. I had to take the leather cover from my old headset to put on this one to cover the foam. An earpiece that is going to be used frequently as I do for telecommuting can't just be flimsy foam. It is not comfortable or sustainable over a long period of time. The sound quality is good and the control panels are easy for me. and callers state my voice is clear to them. But my issue is with the packaging, flimsy ear foam piece, and lack of substantial packaging to protect it from getting warped. If I did not need it for work, I would have sent it back.

I like this product because it is compatible with my system and allows me to work remotely. No issues. I purchased one a year or two ago, and it is still working I purchased another one to have a stand-by headphone. They are the best headphones out there. The price is well worth it and not expensive at all.

This product I purchased and less than 30days my callers begin to say they couldn't hear me and there was a lot of static in the line. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for a headset to purchase this one. I ordered this exact model because I previously had it but was given it by a colleague and when it begin to have this exact same issue I thought to buy my own maybe the one they had given me was used. But sure enough its doing the exact same thing brand new. Horrible product.
