Easy to use with no metal in them
Fantastic product especially for people with sensitive teeth. They don’t contain any metal so comfortable and easy to use. I tend to use blue as these are medium sized with orange being smaller (great for front teeth) and purple and red being bigger. Great value for money and they do a fantastic job of keeping the teeth and gums healthy- daily use has reduced the need to see the hygienist from every 3 months to every 6 months 👍👍

Good buy, the best’
These are the best Interdental brushes I have found. No more splinters or ones that bend as soon as you start and only last for two or three teeth before bending.

An excellent alternative to dental floss.
These are an excellent alternative to flossing, I have a number of instances where my teeth are too close together to get dental floss between them. With these picks you can get directly between the teeth at the gum level allowing for the same cleaning process as flossing. They are very simple to use, you simply push the pick between your teeth until it stops (if you get to the handle of the pick you need a thicker pick, and if you can only get the very top of the pick between your teeth go for a thinner pick). The picks come with a small case which makes them perfect for travelling, you can easily fit two strips of picks in a case (10 picks). I’m not sure on their expected number of users per pick, but I’ve found that the material on the pick that does the cleaning starts to fray after just a couple of uses. I use two different thicknesses of pick for my teeth, so that works out to be about one pick per full teeth clean.

Essential for a deep clean in my opinion
I use these every day. I had bleeding gums in the pandemic and didn't know what else to do. Within two weeks the problem was gone. They help me get a really clean set of gnashers - without them it feels like only half a job. I use one each time, but you may be able to get them to last longer - my teeth are just very closely packed together and strip them down. This is a good way to buy them - you get roughly one packet free compared to elsewhere.

My dentist recommended this product
My dentist recommended this product This item comes with a handy travelling case and is cheaper than when purchased at the dental practice This is the smallest size available and it good for teeth that have narrow more gaps that a traditional toothbrush can’t always clean effectively The blue version is better for cleaning larger gaps between the teeth Easy to use make sure you get the brush between the teeth right upto the gum line and then gently use a massage motion. Use this item before brushing with a toothbrush and also can be used during the day after a meal Easier than using dental floss and can be rinsed with water after use Use until the tiny brush elements become scratchy then throw away I would recommend this item for cleaning between the gaps of teeth

Better than flossing
My dental hygienist recommended these and I’m very happy to use them. Over the years I’ve used floss, dental harps and a water flosser, but these picks are the most effective for a number of reasons. They fit into the gaps and get below the gum line without any risk of pulling off crowns or getting caught in fillings. They are easy to hold and manipulate ensuring good cleaning/clearing of food debris. They are gentle enough to use in sensitive areas. I treat mine as single use items but I’m sure their use could be extended with a good clean under hot water. Lots of different sizes to choose from and the blue ones are best for my teeth.

TePe Easy Pick
I didn't realise that unlike the usual TePe products this one comes in packs of 36. I wouldn't have ordered two packs if I'd known.
