Great product
Refill filters for our water system work great. They have to be replaced every 6 months. They are easy to install and you got 2 for a better value. Our water quality is improved for a better taste for drinking water, tea and coffee.

The filters are a replacement for my PP filter which lasted about 8 months. Good filters just wish lower cost options were available.

Best filter for great tasting water
These filters are perfect for my undermounted drinking water at my sink. The water quality is great because of the filter. No more chlorine taste & no other contaminants. I have given a set to my son so my grandkids will have clean & safe water. We also put a separate tap for his drinking water. He says he has better ice & always has cold water in his refrigerator now. Water drop has the best overall filtration.

Quality issue
I am using Waterdrop Filtering System for few years. I purchased multiple times of replacement filters. I feel the quality of the filters are getting lower. Especially for this PP filter, it stops water flow shorter than original 6 months. This time, it stops water flow only one week later. Is it possible to request defective return or replacement?
