My GL 235 heat circuit will not come on, senors check ok but thermostat dial at 104 temp of water 80

I had mine for many years and had 3 failures. The roof sensor failed once, the pool water sensor failed once, and the contacts inside the toggle switch that chooses Manual Test, Auto, and Manual Off caused the third problem. I sprayed electrical contact cleaner into the gaps of the switch and operated the switch 30 to 50 times to resolve that problem. Each of my 3 failures caused the heat to not turn on.

Does it comes with sunlight sensor ?. If not i'm planning to buy 10k pool sensors, those will work ? can those be wired into the unit ? if yes, where?

It does not come with sensors. It does work with 10K sensors - I have used different brands of 10K sensors and it works great with any of them. The 2 top right terminals inside the housing are used for the water temp sensor and the next 2 below them are for the solar sensor. They are marked "Pool Sensor" and "Solar sensor".

I've hooked it up to 240 VAC and cannot get 24VAC for the Solar Valve. Only get 12VAC and checked the valve motor selector at 24VAC - What to Do Now?

Change the jumper on the control board from 24vac to 12vac. The default value is 24vac.
