Works for me
This is perfect for traveling. I use it after a day of sighting seeing. I like that it doesn't stay cool longer than about 10 minutes. Some people think that's a negative, but it helps me to not leave it on too long.

Great Compression Wrap
I sprained my knee and doctor said to get something that will give me some compression. I looked on Amazon and found this wonderful knee wrap. I was able to get around when wearing this wrap. Best money spent. I only used the cold side by putting in the freezer for an hour or so and it was perfect. I did not heat in the microwave as I did not use heat for my sprain, Very good quality for the money paid. If you are on the fence about this item I highly recommend. I wore the wrap to physical therapy and the PT nurse thought it was perfect for my injury. She was going to go online to Amazon and order a few to have on hand for patients needing support. Great purchase!

Does not stay cold
I put it in the freezer overnight and it only stayed cold for 15 min. So I left it in the freezer for literally a week and......stayed cold for 10 minutes. Don't waste your money

Bought for husband….
These gel packs are really nice & well made …. The only suggestion I would have is they should come in a couple different t sizes. We had to buy the “straps” (also on Amazon) to attach because they weren’t long enough to go around his leg. Most men would need the straps.But the value for the $ is a big positive!

Relief!!!
I injured my back a week before going on a cruise. Got this as part of healing. The cool was such a relief and the compression fit gave nice support at the same time. I unfortunately left mine in the fridge in my cabin so had to order another one. Have recommended to friends.

Doesn't stay hot
Not sure who would want ice on there back, I bought this for the heat. It gets really hot but literally cools down in 10 minutes. Not worth it. I'm assuming it would be great if I put in freezer or fridge
