Is the sea moss tested for radioactivity or other harmful chemicals and agents?

No need to test. We have done onsite inspections of our coastal regions where our sea moss grows. It is thousands of miles away from any nuclear facilities. Nor are they grown near any industrial centers where there could be any chemical effluent. Just vast clean ocean.

Is this raw (dried under 110-118 degrees)?

Hey, yes it's raw. We dry this in the tropical sun. Good n' natural. Then it is salted to preserve the freshness. You'll wash that salt off in the 1st soak. (see photos above). Thanks for the question.

Is it sweet or salty?

If it is prepped properly, it should have a neutral taste. Neither sweet nor salty. It comes with a lot of natural salt on the outside, but all of this needs to be washed away and presoaked with a squeeze of lime. With partial rehydration, you can use it in salads or stir-fry as pieces. If you want to make a gel, it can be used in many other meals: Desserts, puddings, smoothies, stews and soups. In these cases, there would be no flavor as it will take on the tastes of the other ingredients. Thanks for the question.
