Loved the concept of this outdoor deep fryer and steam table for an event I was hosting. I ordered 2. They didn’t ship at the same time, one arrived almost a week after the first one. O big deal. What is a big deal is both arrived slightly damaged. It could have been a shipping problem but the packaging is sub par. For the money you spend it would have been nice to have been able to put it together without having to reshape parts. And the deep fryer baskets were useless. The mesh wasn’t welded to the frames. I had to buy replacements right off the bat. Needless to say it won’t look new ever. Once it was operational, it works ok. It is hard to dial in the temps. I probably won’t buy from this company again. Product is made in China with little oversight from a US company.

It came all dented can't even put together! I'm a mobile food vendor. I have a event this weekend and can't even use it. Tried fixing it and just can't. Can't get another until the 24th! Didn't offer anything or thn just replacing it after I return it ! Ridiculous

Item came & I opened & notice during assembly leg wouldn’t insert into place. Also noticed marks on item like it was used. For to be stainless steel no blue cover came on anything but can tell it was on before. This is another reason I say item is used not new
