I am a reseller and I have lots of clothing to steam, this product is great. Steamer head is light weight and easy to use.

Excellent steamer. I needed to steam wrinkles from pageant dresses and a pant suit. A smaller reputable steamer did not release the wrinkles. This steamer worked wonderfully. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles remarkably well.

Overall it does the job. It does go through quite a bit of water. I purchased this steamer to replace my previous steamer that just quit working. It is in a commercial setting so we use it more than some would for personal use, but it is not constant. I liked the size of tank and thought I wouldn't have to fill it as often as it is twice the size of my previous one but I think I fill it more often.There are 3 settings (I, II, and III) but it pretty much is either on or off for us. Maybe it goes through more water because we typically use the "II" setting. "I" doesn't really produce steam and "II" & "III" seem to be the exact same.I liked the garment holder because it doesn't have to be up all the time. Unfortunately, one side of ours doesn't stay up and nothing will stay on it.All the negatives are things I can live with because it does produce steam and gets the job done. Nothing else is really a necessity.

Bought this not to use as a garment steamer but to remove vinyl decals. Best purchase ever. We ended up buying one more. Cuts the time in half and is the perfect heat and steam to remove decals for us.
