The special method of heat feels great, soothing much deeper with powerful healing. The fact that it is also a weighted covering impresses me with this additional comfort provided. Customer Service for the company was swift and satisfactory replacing the controls with the updated version. The value for money is outstanding.

I've tried a lot of heating pads. So many of them are "warm pads" at best. This one gets truly hot, to the point where I can't even leave it on the highest setting for an extended time without getting overheated. Not to say that it gets hot enough to burn or anything like that. It just gets hot enough to really soothe sore muscles or warm you up on a COLD night. The weighted aspect is great. It tends to settle me down and keep me from fidgeting which is nicely conducive to a nap :) The cord is long. The controls are super easy to understand. The cover is soft and plush. The only thing that could make this better would be it it were full-body length!

Super soft. It's HUGE. It's weighted so it stays put really well and distributes the heat evenly. I love sitting on it and it molds to the curves of places like your neck and shoulders which other heating pads do not. The cord is pretty long and the controls are easy to use!
