ordered two of this product. One came in with no issue. one came in missing bolt that hold jack handle in place. no way to get bolt.

Seems like a decent enough jack, but it is near unusable for my needs. I purchased this jack as I needed a low-profile jack for a 2015 BMW 428i convertible. Unfortunately, there is no information on this page identifying that the saddle is too small for german (BMW) lift adapters. I've looked all over and I cannot find a replacement saddle that fits on this jack without milling. If you're looking for a low-profile floor jack for a modern german car, do not buy the 2.5 ton model. You will regret it. Unfortunately, no suitable alternatives appear to come with a case, which I like all of my (bulkier) automotive kit to do. That was one of the major motivators to purchase this particular model.

Extremely heavy. I live on a dirt road and get flats often- wanted something easier than the tiny jack that came with my XXL Suv- this thing takes up a lot of room in the back -but to me it is worth it for the safety and time saved.

Zero stars. Had to return this product twice for the same reason. Never had the chance to try the product as both times the product was delivered damaged. Both the shipping box and the plastic carrying case were damaged/cracked. The first return also included paint chips and damage/scratches as if the product was previously used. Gave the product a second chance/benefit of the doubt and again was very disappointed. No more returns/exchanges, now only a refund and will pursue a purchase with another brand.
