I’ve been very impressed with this conference camera system so far. The standout feature for me is the zoom capability. Even at maximum zoom, the image remains remarkably clear and usable, which is something many conference cameras struggle with. The AI tracking feature also works very well. It does a good job following the active speaker and makes meetings feel much more professional without requiring someone to manually adjust the camera. I can see this being useful both in a conference room environment and for home office setups where you move around during presentations. Setup was straightforward and quick. I had everything connected and working pretty quickly, and there are many configuration options. The microphone performance was another pleasant surprise. It picks up voices clearly even in a fairly large room, making it suitable for larger meetings without requiring participants to crowd around the device. The bluetooth via USB dongle is very convenient. I also appreciate the ability to save camera presets. Being able to quickly switch between different views or seating arrangements is a huge convenience and saves time during meetings.

I recently purchased three of these 4k Tongveo cameras for my podcast studio and my experience over the last 4 months have been great. The picture quality is very clear and the software is easy to navigate when needing to make camera adjustments live. The customer service is a key component for me and Tongveo does not disappoint in that area. Their service is really good.

The product works great. Except the microphone audio speakerphone will not charge. I reached out to support and they tried to help and even sent me a new one. But again, the new one doesn't charge. Their support has been friendly and helpful. Even though I am past the return window, they are choosing to refund the money for the speakerphone. Not only that, but they are sending another new one that will hopefully function better this time. I will update the review in the future if there are more issues!

Very good service and item quality is over what I expected

The Wireless PTZ Camera System is perfect for the training environment of my company. It allows the camera to be placed at the rear of the classroom and capture the training session as if the student were sitting in the same room. I did have an issue with one of the connections, but TONGVEO's customer service responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue satisfactorily. The video quality is great for the purpose we are using it for and I found the camera easy to set up and use.

We are using this camera for our meetings, 20 or so in a large conference room. The wireless connection is great - The video is very smooth and there are no stutters or hangs. We'd had problems with other units with the audio, but this Bluetooth speaker and mic picks up everyone at the table clearly. Recently we had a small issue with the UBS dongle but their customer support was very helpful and they were able to provide a quick fix to the problem. I had been looking for a while for a camera with these features and it's working great. Easy setup with Zoom and a fantastic value.

I finally got to use the camera. I did a test stream with it it worked fine Sunday I went to do a live stream service the Camera started showing everything upside down . I tried everything to get it show properly. There was no software to download to correct the camera problem and the remote could not solve the problem Very disappointed. How do I get the camera to work or send me another one. I need a replacement for this Camera it will not work it still showing everything upside down. I just wanted to do a update 09-28-2023 I was sent a improved and better replacement camera and it is working better much better than the one I purchased. Also they sent me a speaker with it, but I haven't figured out how to use the camera for live streaming yet.

Geliefert wurde alles sicher und ordentlich verpackt und kam in Top-Zustand bei uns an. Die Kamera samt Zubehör ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und ist sehr stabil. Die Kamera war sehr einfach zu installieren und diese funktioniert intuitiv, einfach und zuverlässig. Dieses Kamerasystem erweist sich als sehr nützliches Tool für Zoom-Meetings, besonders für mein Homeoffice ist diese Kamera ganz klar von Vorteil. Dieses Kamerasystem ist mit meinem leistungsstarken Laptop verbunden und kommuniziert mit diesem bestens. Dank unserer Glasfaserkabel-Verbindung kommt das Video.- und Audiosignal ganz ohne Zeitverzögerung bei den anderen Teilnehmern der Meetings an. Die Video.- und Audioqualität ist Top, bisher gab es keine Bild oder Tonstörungen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch das das Bild/Video mit dem Ton immer Synchron ankommt. Somit ist dieses System ganz klar eine 5 von 5 Sterne 🌟 Kaufempfehlung wert. Der Preis ist "fair" und vollkommen in Ordnung für dieses System. Ach ja, die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung erleichtert das agieren/interagieren und steuern des Systems vollkommen. Die Reaktion der Tastenanschläge ist perfekt. Das System reagiert immer sofort und zuverlässig. Wie bereits erwähnt ganz klar eine Kaufempfehlung ✅️.

Ich nutze die Kamera per HDMI an einem Videomischer (Videojockey-Einsatz) und zuhause auch per USB für Zoom. Man kann und muss mit den Einstellungen ein wenig spielen, damit das Kamerabild in den Farben noch besser aussieht. Der Makrobereich ist erstaunlich. Man kann die Kamera, die vor der Tastatur steht, auf diese ausrichten und es funktioniert. Man bekommt ein klares Bild und sieht, wie sauber die Tasten sind. :) Das Objektiv kann nur nicht allzu weit in den Weitwinkelbereich. Die eingebaute Kamera im Mac ist da für Videocalls etwas breiter aufgestellt. für ein schönes Bild in der Videokonferenz sollte die Kamera eine Entfernung von 60cm nicht unterschreiten. Weiter weg ist aufgrund des hervorragenden Zooms gar kein Problem. Einziges Manko: Leider kann man die Kamera nicht über den PC steuern. Dafür ist die Fernbedienung sehr stark und funktioniert super und USB und HDMI funktionieren gleichzeitig (ich hatte beim Zoom-Call noch einen Bildschirm über HDMI angeschlossen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Winkel nach unten ist gut, der Rest funktioniert sowieso und die Speicherung der Szenen mit Winkeln und Zoom funktioniert toll. Teurere Kameras dieser Bauart beherrschen die Wechsel bestimmt noch schneller aber für dieses Geld ist das Gerät eine echte Überraschung. Und zu der normalen Kamerastativverschraubung gibt es auch noch drei normale Schraubenaufnahmen, so dass man die Kamera mit dem beiliegenden Blech oder auch anders perfekt irgendwo anbringen kann.
