Nicely sewn pair of shorts. The compression/inner liner is looser than I expected, but comfortable. Nice outer material, dries fast. Could be used as swim trunks. No back pockets, but I'm ok with just two front pockets and one on the inner liner, which surprisingly held a large cellphone with an outer case. I like that the compression lining isn't so long that so it doesn't really show at the bottom, unlike other shorts of this variety. The fit for a medium is good, not too loose or too tight, so you have good mobility. The size/washing instructions tag is extra long, but you can cut it. I'm actually going to purchase a couple more pairs.

I was looking for a pair of shorts to use on my runs and hikes so decided to give these MIER shorts a try.I am a big fan of liner shorts as they provide a secure and comfortable fit so these shorts have been a great addition to my wardrobe. I went with an XL and the short length is perfect. The shorts end at just above the knee and this allows for plenty of movement. I am able to take full strides without an issue.The elastic waist band is very solid and provides a tight yet comfortable fit. The shorts come with a long drawcord that will allow you to tighten your shorts if needed further. What I like most about the shorts is the material as it is quick dry and water repellant. This helps with both sweat and any exposure to rain or dew while out and about.The one very small gripe I have with these shorts is the fact that the liner is on the looser side for me. I really like the liner pocket for your phone, but the liner tends to give in a bit with the weight of the phone - at least when compared to other shorts of similar performance and features. Despite this, the shorts pockets are plenty deep to carry your belongings so it is not the biggest drawback.Overall, I really like these shorts. I have used them pretty consistently since getting them as they are comfortable, breathable, and provide for plenty of movement!

I liked that their water proof outer

I have other pairs of these running shorts but my most recent 5/4 purchase already has a seam tare after 3 uses.

These shorts are comfortable to exercise in, and they have a place to put your phone that won't fall out all the time. I would recommend these shorts

I've been using these shorts for long hikes. I wanted compression shorts to keep my thighs from chaffing. Some compression shorts are so tight in the crotch that your thighs don't chafe, but your crotch does. I'm happy to report the crotch area is roomy and the shorts don't climb up, so I have been 100% chafe free. I like them so much, I just bought another pair.

The waist is a little different than what I'm used to with shorts. not necessarily a bad thing but worth noting. I like the color and the fact that these have an inner liner but These feel like they might pull/rub on the thighs a little so I wish the liner was maybe a little longer and/or the outer short material was a little bit shorter. Pockets are nice but do not have zippers if you are looking for that feature. Only has side pockets and no rear pocket(s).
