We traveled to Africa which was a long flight. Not sure about the temperature but it sure worked to protect all his insulin pens well worth the cost and . The cold packs were defrosted by the time we made it but the flight and drive times were about 30 hours the pens were still cold though so that was a plus

This is an update. I used this on a recent trip with a long flight. According to the temp readings it did not stay cold for long enough. When I returned from the trip the temperature was very high and I ended up throwing the vials away. Not all its fault. Our flight was delayed and we missed our next flight. Airline payed for a decent hotel however the fridge did not have an icemaker so even though case was put into the fridge it didn’t have a chance to keep things cool.The bag was in my personal item and set in the floor under the seat. The vials I had taken were close to expiration and with them getting up close to 100 degrees did not want to risk the possibly destroyed medication. Under better conditions the bag might have worked better.I love the heavy duty freezer bags. They are air travel approved. Hoping they speed up the process of security.

Keeps it cool and clearly displays temperature! Only problem is that the temperature display will pop out if you pack it too tight. But the good thing this seems to keep it from cracking or breaking. Took it on an international trip with very long flights and moved to many hotels, it took a beating and still held up well. Great for insulin and Ozempic.

Works great for transporting my meds when traveling. I like the thermometer gage on the outside letting me know the temperature so I can keep my meds cool as needed. Perfect for my needs.

The ONE important thing that is 'Lacking' and as yet has not been mentioned or addressed is... There Is NO On/Off Switch For The Temperature Gage. The 'Batteries' in mine died after about 2 Months, even with the case stored in the refrigerator when not being used. So, remove the batteries when NOT in use. You might even consider 'Spare' batteries that you can keep in the case.Other than that, it is a VERY good case overall. Attractive, Sturdy, Protects and Keeps Your Supplies Safe and Cool for quite some time. The 'Zipper' IS and can be somewhat difficult to use as others have stated, but I just 'Sprayed' mine with Silicone Spray and the Zipper is MUCH better now. I have no doubt it will last considerably longer now. BTW... I did 'Try' using 'Bar Soap' on the Zipper, but it did not improve the operation what so ever...Bottom Line, yeah, it's worth it to keep your supplies 'Cool'.

I bought this for my medication that needs to be refrigerated and it worked perfectly as I was traveling through Europe. I would just put it in the fridge when I would get to my room and the gel packs in the freezer and then when it was time for me to leave, I would set it up again quite easily. Didn’t have any issues with TSA or overseas airport security agents. I really love this product.

Stayed cool and it fit my Trulicity pens perfectly. After I was done, I gave to my friend to travel with. She travels much and would use it more than I. I'll get another one when I travel long distances. Airport security didn't question it all.
