Terrible quality
The quality of these balloons was terrible. On many of the balloons the seals were sealed shut so they couldn't be inflated, rubber bands were dried out so they broken immediately and the loop the connect the rubber band were broken.

The balloons were brightlly colored. They are not as thick as the ones I had as a child, so not as durable.
