Great system. Love the keyless entry and use of my finger to open the door. Pretty easy to setup and program the fobs. Looks great on my door!

The media could not be loaded. We like this lock, it looks good and does the work. It can be locked/unlocked with a key, a passcode, fingerprints and from your cellphone or smartwatch. It comes with instructions and QR codes for very helpful videos. I installed it myself, it was pretty easy watching the videos, it took me less than 2 hours being my first time doing this. Very happy

This was a pleasant surprise. I was hesitant to get a "smart" lock because I don't need my door spying on me. I make a lot of money as a Chinese spy, and don't need any trouble.But I have a dog, and he's big, and BAD.When I installed a new french door, I needed a handle and deadbolt for it, and liked the idea of not needing a key to get in the house. You can use a key, (two are included) or you can use a pin, RF card, your phone, or your fingerprint.You won't use any of them but your fingerprint. It reads flawlessly, even in the rain, and unlocks the door quickly.I don't 5 bathroom trips a day, and multiple walks, so this thing is used constantly and has held up great. The instructions are clear, and it's easy to install. Setup is easy. You can even set up temporary pins or fingerprints for dog-walkers or friends to use.A great buy. Give it a shot.

Looks great, quality is not that of a kwickset but still seems sturdy and is very nice. App is easy to use.Cons Little wonky compared to other keyless entry systems I’ve used in one way- the fingerprint does my toggle ( lock and unlock) it only unlocks. Locking is slow - press the keypad and wait a moment for it to respond. Then locate the pound key and hold. The. It will go thru a sequence of lock / unloc/ lock and then beep. Because I hear it lock/ unlock/ lock we all don’t trust it and double check that it is locked each time :/In the interior the small black auto lock button is too close to the lever and we hit it and then the bolt extends even when the door is open and slams into the frame. Eek

Absolutely love this lock. It’s helpful that there are several different ways to unlock the door with the most convenient being fingerprint recognition. It’s nice being able to assign family members passcodes rather than making several keys. Would recommend if you’re in the market for a smart lock.

Great customer service! I am a senior citizen and needed help in programming my new smart door lock. Chelsea from customer service was so patient with me and guided me in all the steps needed to program it correctly. I love my new door lock! It looks great and is very easy to use.

I love it, easy to install, my door looks better, it opens fast, and closes fast too, it's worth it

Lock is good and works fine for the most part. One very annoying thing is that the fingerprint reader does not work when it is cold outside (about freezing or bellow).
