It was working great for a few months. now the Camera keeps restarting for no reason. Disconnecting all the time from the wifi. edit: Change the review from 2 stars to 5 stars as the customer service is very responsive and they also sent a replacement plus gave and earbuds free.

Discrete and functional. I first upgraded to eufy, as I needed a rotating camera for my home securuty alarm, and I wasn't quite happy with the ring cameras. Audio was poor / chopped and image was at times pixelized, due to the very nature that they record to the cloud. So I bought the P24 and added an SD for local recording. The quality of this camera was impressive, compared with the ring product. The only real major drawback is that Audio is only one way, so you canot talk and listen at the same time. 360 degrees means one camera can cover a wide space. I would still recomend, if there is the danger that the intruder may remove or destroy the camera to use eufy cloud services, as proof may otherwise be lost. It would be good if a picture would be sent to an e-mail when the intrusion occurs. The C24, was used outdoors, now coming to a year and I have returned for some more in a different location. It ticks all the boxes. Color night vision, White LED light, good quality and most of all discrete, because I do not want to show off. The camera is kept at night without IR, It clearly captures with whatever light is available from a nerby street lamp. The white LED is set to turn on if movement is detected, mostly for our own convenience, as the visible are is quite wide and it is therefore very dim, but still convenient! Picture quality as seen with and without white LED. Registration plates are easily seen. Note these pictures are screenshots from my phone. Actual video quality is better :-) The camera has a magnetic base, which was very handy on the first instalation in a metalic roof, so nothing to drill. A 4K version would certainly be good upgrade as these are over a year old now, but still great value for money.

Very difficult to set any of these systems up using a Macbook. No info from manufacturer themselves - have to go to chat groups. Basically you have to use a 'phone app.' - reflecting this brand is not really aimed at proper surveillance system.

We bought this camera as an add on to our outside home security as it was a Eufy product. It is now being used as an indoor camera in our son’s room and is outstanding. Easy to add to the App and we can see all our cameras in one place. No subscription, easy to use and assemble and outstanding value for money, if your in the market, I would need to be convinced to swap to another product. No connectivity issues, no battery life issues, looks good and does the job I wanted it to do.
