I buy this brand all the time and I get a good value for my money. The doctor recommended I take these vitamins because I was low on it when I had a blood test. Last time they checked my blood levels were okay and it seemed to help my immunity because I haven't caught colds like I used to before I started taking it. I try to always get gel pills when I buy them because they are so much easier to swallow.

I've researched healthier Vit.D's plus and this brand pops up so this is what I use.

I only gave it 4 stars bc I haven’t started them yet but from the look of it and the reviews they seem pretty good so I’ll try them. From observation, I love how the bottle was double sealed and the vitamins are not even the size of a dime 🥰🥰. I aim to get vegan Vitamin's however I miss read the ingredients in it does have a gelatin coating but it’s from BOVINE so that’s great bc I would of hated to have to throw these away 😂. Also, they go bad 06/2028 and I only have to take ONE A DAY and it’s 360 Supplements in the bottle so these should last for a while☺️ I will update after a month of taking these👍🏾👍🏾
