I work a stressful job and have general anxiety. Suffice to say, sleep has always been iffy for me despite a regular workout routine & relatively clean diet. After researching ways to reduce stress, I came across magnesium glycinate. Being a huge fan of Metagenics' daily vitamin, I was super happy to find they made a magnesium supplement. I have no idea what Metagenics does, but their supplements WORK. This supplement has been a life changer for me when it comes to sleep. I actually get consistent deep, restful sleep for the first time in my life. No joke. First time EVER in 37 years. This also for whatever reason has stopped the annoying issue I'd have at night of hearing my heartbeat in my head (pounding). It's 100% gone now and this has been the only change. My overall stress levels are also down. I am a customer for life. Thank you!

Magnesium is one of the fastest ways to get toxins out of you as a fiber. However I am not a biochemist nor a cardiologist therefore I do know exactly how long and what dosage is best. I recommend speaking with one these professionals prior to using any supplement.

Very expensive supplement! I can only afford it sometimes. The quality is good, it’s shipped safely and quickly. The pills are pretty large so if you have a problem swallowing pills then this one isn’t for you. It doesn’t have much of an aftertaste which is nice.
