Typhoon Living Cream Cookie Storage

I needed a new biscuit barrel, preferably cream and one that actually kept the biscuits fresh. I saw this and it seemed to fit the bill. I’m really pleased with it. It’s a good size. I can get two packets of biscuits inside without unwrapping them and the contents of three packets when unwrapped ( not the extra large packet size). It’s a really nice finish and very easy to clean in warm soapy water. The lid is bamboo so I didn’t submerge this in water. I just wiped it over. The lid has a plastic strip around it that creates the seal. This strip can be removed for cleaning and is easy to pop back into place. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I’m pleased to report my biscuits have remained fresh, crunchy and tasty. I note some reviewers had problems with the seal coming off but I’ve not encountered any issues. This feels and looks great quality and is definitely worth the money. I’m super pleased with my purchase.

Bought two to accompany a bread bin and smaller set. Great storage pots that keep contents fresh with rubber seal.

Very happy with the biscuit tin, not happy with the packaging and delivery. The tin was simply put into a huge box, with a bit of brown paper to fill the gap, but no protection around the biscuit tin and when the delivery person literally dropped it on the door step, we ended up with a dint in the tin!

Good quality and I like the simple design with the crest on it that has Typhoon Cookies on the front in silver. Container is lightweight so not likely to be dropped like heavy ceramic ones. The lid is tightly fitted with a edging seal that keeps it airtight. I don't usually go for this modern style of kitchenware but I am surprised how well it does match my overall country style. No handle on the top which was a bit weird for me at first, but a quick lift of the lid using your fingers lifts it open.

Our biscuits have been sat in the drawer for years as we never had space for a biscuit tin until we put up a new shelf recently.I wanted a tin that looked good and would keep the biscuits fresh and crunchy - No one likes a soft biscuit!Opted for this tin as I had the sugar canister which matched and I'd had no issues with it.The tin currently has two packets of of biscuits in it, they have been in the tin for three weeks and they are still crunchy. Looks good on the shelf too.

Lovely biscuit tin, very large for lots of biscuits. Rubber seal around the lid won't stay on however, meaning I have to fix it everytime I open the tin!

Literally just received this along with sugar and tea canister, absolutely love them, good size, colour is as seen, and air tight. I can tell they are going to be hard wearing, and very light which is perfect I am not a fan of heavy canisters they tend to be hard to move about and, I end up breaking them as its too heavy, so this weight wise is perfect lightweight, but sturdy at the same time!

This is a lovely biscuit tin. It looks good,Is a nice neutral colour and holds loads of biscuits.

I have the coffee, tea and sugar canisters by Typhoon and wanted the matching cookie jar so I bought this one. It is exactly as is in the picture.
