Shower head leaks when the other outlets are on. Is this an installation issue or product issue?

I don’t have this happening with mine, so my sense is it is probably an installation issue.

Is the user able to control the water flow? it seems to me the water pressure is set and cannot be adjusted.

The water pressure can be adjusted the small knobs which you use to select the spray you want can also be twisted to change flow rate,
