This is a great product. Super absorbent, and comfortable. It so much cheaper than many others so its affordable, convenient and discreet delivery is usually next day. After a LOT of expensive trials, this product is easily the best for me .the price is a huge factor, and i find the quality outstanding.

Excellent incontinence pants. Bought for an Alzheimer's patient. Only used for 24 hours, but still dry and no leakage over night nor during the day. Parts of the pants are quite thin, i.e. on the sides and waist but this means they are not noticeable when worn under clothes. However, the padding is sufficient where needed, so they do absorb well. They also appear to be comfortable. Have ordered more and do recommend.

My wife,who has dementia,took to these without any fuss.putting one on for first time commented ,seems big, but once on no further comment.anyway ordered the 80 pack so don't have to keep track of running low.
