I bought one of these for my teenage daughter who is training musical theatre actress. She has a good ear and I trust that if she loves something like this, it's quite a good bet. I know she takes it to rehearsals and finds it's portability useful.The sound is full and clear, by my untrained ear and it is simple to use. It has a voice telling you it's on or being 'paired' with another Bluetooth device. It also tells you when the lights are being turned on or off. This may annoy some but the quality and sound makes up for the small niggle.It has a good base and it's clarity isn't affected by the volume level, only by the quality of the audio.As I said in the title. I was so impressed that I bought a second one.Good value for money in my opinion.

Great looking speaker with a descent sound not the best bass but acceptable. Spend more if high sound quality is very important though. Brilliant for kids bedroom.

This was a really interesting and unexpected purchase. I initally bough this because of the interesting shape and the colour speaker fascinated me. What I didn't expect was an actual quality speaker. This speaker is cone shaped and has almost 360 sound I'd say its more 270. The controls are based on the top of the speaker where it uses a dial for volume andjustment and below is where you can skip tracks. Its quite simply and you can control it entirely with your phone via bluetooth if that is more your thing.The colour is quite fun its very strong at night and has some really funky patterns, Im personally more into keep it as one colour and I like to look at it when im chilling with my music and have the lights out. What shocked me was the build of this thing. IT feels quite heavy and meaty something that you'd get for a £60+ speaker instead. The sound quality is quite good on this its relatively crisp and has generious amount of bass.Very pleasant suprise and good for someone who wants a speaker with a little bit of extra personality.

I bought this as a gift for a travel bug so they'd have some tunes to play while in the Sun. Initial test was with the aux input cable and the sound was quite compressed, like the high notes were cut off similar to the sound of an alarm clock radio. After playing a couple of tracks like that we switched to bluetooth. The process was straightforward and thirty seconds later the speaker finally came alive. Completely different sound quality over BT (who'd have thought?) and finally this Sumvision Psyc sound I'd been reading about came pouring out! Decently loud and well controlled - even if you're heavy handed on the volume. Next comes the light show...If you're the kind of person that goes on holiday as a group, maybe renting a flat or villa and wants a centerpiece out on the patio to create a show and dance the night away, this is your speaker. The light show is really well done, much better in person than I could capture on video. Then when the night starts to chill out you can turn the light show off and push the remaining battery for twice the amount of time. Perhaps a niche product but if this sounds like you - it's perfect (or if you just like twinkly lights too).

When I first saw the price of this speaker I automatically thought it would be awful , I then went to Milton Keynes and was walking past a stand that sells phone accessories and I heard a piece of music playing and thought it sounded really good and it so happened that it was playing out of a psyc prisim and I was gob smacked at the quality and the bass !! It is an amazing speaker for portable use or even just to have on the side , I would reccomend this to anybody . I can't stress enough how good the bass was on it . Don't even think about buying it just BUY IT!! So worth the small price

good speaker for the money - lights make it a bit more fun. might have been a bit cheaper if they hadn't go over board on the quality of the box! However, it does not compare to the more expensive models such as Bose etc. so don't buy it expecting perfection. if you want that spend the extra £130.!!

bought these and now the company is refusing to accept the return, the charging port is a poor design and stopped working and there was a mark in the top of the Speakers that is unremovable. This stopped working very shortly after receiving it. DO NOT BUY

I love this speaker! Its really small compact and has great sound quality and best of all the colours are astounding! Its incredibly bright and vivid with wonderful display of colours that really brighten up a otherwise boring dark night in my bedroom. I always use it at night when i listen to music as I like to lower my lights when im reading.The speaker feels slick and of really high quality, I can really recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality speaker with good bass and audio with a extra bit of exctitement
