Cleans well and safe for specialty lenses
So Far, I’m thrilled with this product. I have worn a specialty hybrid contact lens to correct keratoconus in my right eye for over 14 years. I have been limited, up until now, as to products recommended for disinfecting them. Hybrids are a 6 month lens - and very expensive, not normally covered under insurance, following recommendations is important. Up until lately peroxide base cleaner was the only thing considered safe for disinfecting. Lately I’ve been having issues with boil overs and then dry out of lens because of it. I think I was beginning to have a sensitivity to the product too. And the type i use is not available in travel size (Triple Action) I have been looking for an alternative. This product claims to be safe for all lenses including the specialty lens, scleral and Hybrids and Available in travel size, good for sensitive eyes, easier to use when compared to peroxide. The lenses are clean and comfortable every morning. I just purchased my second bottle. The downside: 1. cost is a bit high, but it will last a while if you use an alternative solution to rinse them. 2. Only available to purchase online. I would love to be able to purchase this product in store. Especially when traveling, or, forget to reorder.

A lifesaver for CRT lenses
If you have hard lenses, this is agreat alternative to Boston Simplus. It keeps my lenses super slippery and hydrated all day. It’s more watery but still cleans well, and my eyes don't dry out. It’s cheaper than the competitor, but absolutely still works.

Another option for RGP wearers at last.
I've worn RGP lenses for almost 50 years. I tried soft lenses and they are a definite no go for my eyes. Bausch / Lomb was the ONLY brand that I could find and have been constantly frustrated only finding 3.5 oz bottles for Wetting Solution, while Soft lens wearers have multiple brands and huge bottle sizes to choose from. THEN I could only get the type that worked for me online as many stores quit carrying what I needed. I figured that since RGPs can last for years if taken care of then B/L will get their money out of us somehow since we don't have to buy new lenses often. I just stumbled onto this product while making another order and could not believe that another option was out there, so I HAD to give it a chance. I've only used it for 2 days now and can immediately tell a difference. I've only been able to wear my lenses for about 6 hrs then needed to take them out due to discomfort, but day 1 with this brand I wore them all day with no problem. I could instantly feel a difference on insertion. Today was day 2, same results. After a bit more I might change my review but as for now I'm very impressed and relieved. One commenter expressed the idea that this was kinda pricey, but when you are used to paying approx. paying $10 for 3.5 oz every month or 2, this is an incredible deal. I have never heard of these Scelera type lenses but am very thankful for them if that is what it took to get more options for me on the market.

Works well for RGP scleral lenses.
I've been using Optifree soft contact solution for my scleral RGP lenses for years because I don't really care for viscosity and the smaller, inefficient size of the Boston containers, which makes for frequent purchases and leads to higher costs. This seemed like a decent compromise - And this solution is made to be used for both soft and RGP lenses. The first few days consisted of cloudy lenses and mild eyelid irritation after a few hours, but it seems my eyes have adjusted and that hasn't been an issue as of late. It is still a bit more expensive than buying the larger bottes of Optifree at Costco, but it's not terribly expensive. Still on the fence it I will purchase again or continue looking at different options, but it does work well.

Better value than Boston Simplus
I used Boston Simplus for about half a year for RGP lenses since that is what was recommended to me by my fitter. It did the job, I just hated how expensive it was for a tiny bottle and the goopy texture was terrible for cleaning my lens case. I switched over to Tangible which was the better value. I’d say Boston was a bit more comfy but the difference isn’t too drastic. I’ve been repurchasing Tangible ever since. The only inconvenience is that I can only purchase it online. The bigger version is obviously the better value but the smaller version is more convenient for travel.
