Q: Does anyone know if the battery can be charged via a 12v lead/adapter as i will have no access to mains power to use it when camping?

I DO NOT KNOW. I THINK UNLIKLY. YOU COULD BUY AN EXTRA BATTERY AND ONLY HAVE THE CLOCK ON DURINGTHE NIGHT OR USE THE RADIO LIGHTLY DURING THE DAY

I do not think so but not sure. I cannot imagine why you would want to. I think you can charge up a mobile phone with it. It is a brilliant alarm/radio. The only radio alarm I could find that will run off both plug in and battery. It is DAB and has a brilliant sound.

Q: I have lost the connection cable for my Monty radio. Where can I get one?

Please contact VQ they will be able to help you with replacing your power cable.
