Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1TB, Silver for Verizon (Renewed Premium)

I bought this to replace my gold 14 pro max that broke and Apple was supposed to replace weeks ago but is "backordered" and it works exactly as it should just like my old one before it broke. Im really happy with my purchase. Reading some of the other reviews I was nervous but once I opened the box there was not a dent, scratch, stuff, nothing. 5/5 stars. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering from you in the future if I need another phone.

Phone got delivered sooner than expected which was nice, sprung for the renewed premium for the 90%+ battery maximum capacity. Phone came with 96% maximum capacity which is excellent. The phone seems to be 100% oem, screen works well, no non oem part warnings. Charges great, cameras work perfectly. Phone was unlocked for carrier so easy esim switch from old iphone. All features seem to work great. The screen did have a few pretty deep scratches near the top, no cracks though. Scratches don’t interfere with performance/view so im good with it. Condition of edges is nearly perfect a couple minor nicks nothing super noticeable. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The phone was listed as renewed premium, which I disagree that it's premium. Quite a few Nixon scratches around the edges, like the phone never saw a phone case before. The screen was clean and free of scratches in the back of the phone was also free of scratches. That's because the phone casing itself was changed from Deep Purple to black because when I went to activate the phone, it came up as Deep Purple not black. I believe this phone was in pretty rough shape prior to their renewing it. The battery life and functionality of the phone is very good. not enough negative things about this phone to make me want to return it. After owning this phone for about a year, it starts to lock up where you have to reboot it. Something probably thermal sensor thinking it's too hot. Also the screen will just start flickering on and off different apps all the time. Time to buy a new phone . Do not buy refurbished phones you don't know what you're getting even what they say you're getting. Junk

This phone is beautiful, from delivery and packaging to operation. It arrives without any scratches or breaker, it is intact beautiful and working at 100%, I give it 4 stars only because it arrived with 94% battery. If it had arrived with 100% I would give it the 5 stars, but in general it is an excellent purchase, I love this phone and I thank the seller for the excellent And I left it with the one that already brought an excellent purchase, thank you very much again. It has been six months now since I got this phone to replace my trusty but getting-old iPhone XS Max of 512Gb and I cannot complain. While renewed, it came with excellent condition, functionality and appearance: one micro scratch here and there but of those you need to know where to look and common in even with the best care around. And I know because every phone I had, it looked almost like new when I sold them. Battery at 87% (no complains there) and came with a generic but certified cable and well protected. My only complaint is not with the seller, not even with the phone and its quality, all of that checked out. My complain is with Apple: I jumped almost 5 generations of iPhones ahead and for someone like me who has used this brand since the iPhone 4, I cannot see I actually improved that much. It feels the same old thing, nothing that could actually astonish me, every new feature has been for years in the android ones, lack of useful features with not strong nor good reasons. Don’t get me wrong, phone works like a charm, but it is all the same. I’ve been in the tech industry since 1996 and I know one or two things about this and while these devices are very well built and they do the job, it has lost its charm, no Jobs no longer revolutionary device. If you are a streamer, this is your best bet; if you couldn’t care less about actual game changing technology, this is your go; if you are an Apple fan or someone who believes that having an iPhone is a statement or gives you recognition, you are where you belong. But if you care for actual technology advantage, good price-benefit ratio, look some where else. Some could say “iPhones now charges really fast”, well that is easy with a 5000mAmps battery, while many others have up to 7000+ mAmps batteries with actual fast charging. I could go for hours with this but the important thing is that Amazon Renew is awesome (that’s why I gave it 5 stars), no complains at all, but it will definitely be my last iPhone, it is no longer relevant in today’s market. Barely comes with a cable while others brands comes with actual premium features and accessories and costs the half of an iPhone. Be wise, investigate and review pros and cons, spend money wisely and forget “status”. If you want status, get a Vertu phone.

Got this as a gift and it said it was premium quality when I received it to do a once-over it was filthy dirty it was not cleaned at all. I spent over 3 hours getting it as clean as I could as this was a gift. Was not impressed at all..... earpiece bottom speakers and all around the camera lenses....

iPhone not working properly I had to return item for a refund, not sure if I would buy another iPhone that has been refurbished.

The phone has worked good, despite not holding good charge. I knew refurbished would have set backs. But when a technician checked it, it is not 1TB is 512. And 70%battery. An absolute lie from the seller. Absolutely disgusting!
