SIAM Thai Curry Kit, 9.1 oz (260g) CASE OF 6 (Green)

This is a very authentic Thai curry and it's delicious! I highly recommend it. Make sure you don't try to adjust the amount of water because the flavor is perfect if you follow exact instructions. I thought it was flavorful enough to add a little more water, but it didn't work out and tasted a little watered down. Still delicious! I usually make it with chicken, red bell pepper, bamboo shoots, onion and any leftover tomato I have and it's delectable! Today I'm making it with shrimp. The only thing I will say is that it's a true medium spicy, which I love, but if you don't like heat in your curry I'd stick with the Japanese curry. This is as authentic as it gets. It even comes with kaffir lime leaves.

Very simple to prepare, and wonderful authentic flavor ! I serve mine over vermicelli noodles, but it also goes wonderful with rice!

I bought at a discount store a sample of each curry in a single pack--yellow, red, green. They were amazing! Flavors very authentic! Highly recommend. Yellow available on amazon in limited amounts, just ordered green. Will continue to watch this item, it is pricey, but so worth it!!!!!! It is very hard to find authentic flavors in items like this and this one is very good. Hope they continue to have it available. If they want new initiates, they should offer the sample package I found in the discount store on amazon.
