Appears as good as original pump
Good quality. Appears very close to the original factory pump. The original pump has turned yellow with age (10 years). This new one is a good fit and working well so far.

Perfect fit and has been running quietly for months
Perfect fit replacement for the Bosch OEM motor which cost atleast 4 times this one. I replaced it myself (amateur DIY homeowner) with medium level of difficulty, mostly because of the tight space underneath the dishwasher, many months ago and the dishwasher has been running great and it's super quiet self.Would recommend to buy this and DIY replace yourself to save $400 or more that the repairman would charge.

OEM part
It is OEM part - i.e. by Bosch and identical to the motor that failed.It helped me to repair my Bosch dishwasher model SHEM63W52N/11 with E23. The problem was a bad drain pump. It started to leak, and water got into the motor. I actually could see the puddle of water under the motor. I've got a new OEM motor on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KR5ARPA . Works great again.My dishwasher was bought 06/2019 - so for 5.5 years it worked without a glitch. Hope to get another 5 years with this new one.Attached photos: 1. old (on the left - darkend one) motor and the new motor 2. Installed new motor.

Not an exact replacement. A Trojan horse to sell new dishwashers.
The serial number may match, the model number may match, the Bosch support site may has this is the right part to fix your E23 error. Do not believe it. Installing this completely destroyed the control panel on my dishwasher.

Solves error E23 - (when there isn't actually a blockage in the drain)
Does exactly what it's supposed to. Slightly tricky to get to it on our model with the built-in plastic underbelly drip tray, but completely doable yourself. Two screwdriver bits required (philips & torx). Nothing else fancy. Solved our E23 error and got us up and washing again.

Yes it's authentic OEM
OEM direct replacement. Solved our issue with E25 error code flashing every other cycle (drain pump blockage or failure). Old one looked ok but we could tell a difference with cleaning performance after we replaced it with this one.
