I bought this shirt for the purpose of wearing it to the gym. The fabric is very thick and comfortable! I think I could have done well with sizing down. However, as someone who is 5’9, I found the length to be perfect. It also holds well within washing but I would recommend air drying.

Runs about three sizes larger than advertised.
