Absolutely love it. Small amount of heat which is what I like. The massage is a vibration that you can change the way you want. It also has a thirty minute timer so you can take a short nap.Irecommend this to anyone with back issues.

Happy for the first 3 months.
Worked great for 3 months. Now they make an awful noise that varies from a squeaking to a high pitched noise. We have tried flipping them around, not using them for several days, repositioning them and ourselves while using them, etc.Love the different settings and heat function; just wish they lasted longer than 3 months for the price point.

Only vibrates. Nothing else.
It only vibrates. It didn't have built in rollers to knead your back, neck, or legs. It is a little enjoyable; however, not what I was expecting.
