Great to add foot support where you need it
I trim these and use them to bolster the metatarsal support in my insoles. I find that while I can add them to the insoles, they tend to slide out of place during the day. I’ve had better luck applying them directly to my foot.This package should last a while.

Very padded - adhere well
These foot pads are super padded and cushy. I was able to use them next to my big toe and the "this little piggy stayed home" toe to provide protection and cushion for a callus. It worked so well I also used them on my heel and instep when I went hiking as my boots are a shade big and rub. Overall, I like how they stick well to your feet but don't leave extra stickiness behind once you remove them. You can also cut them to shape to make them fit your foot better (for example I used scissors and reshaped a pad for my instep).

Not pleased
I changed brand as the price was lower. I need to wear this on the side of my great toe. This brand does not bend as easily as others do thus does not stick well & I have to use tape. Very unhappy about this purchase and going back to the other brand ASAP.
