10 x 20g Multifunctional Chlorine Tablets + 10 Test Strips +Floating Dispenser for Swimming Pools Spa Hot Tub Paddling Pools

Being fairly new to hot tub keeping I found keeping on top of chlorine as well as other chemical levels a little daunting but this float has, at least, taken some of that away from me. I leave this in the tub all the time (other than when we are using it) and after experimenting with how much to open the grill it seems to keep the chlorine at a good level. I still have to shock the tub, obviously, and also after heavy use (particularly by the kids!) I still put chlorine granolas in to give it a boost but this does the trick most of the time. Excellent little piece of equipment. It comes with a few dip sticks, which is fine but you'll use them quickly, and some chlorine tablets but you'll find you'll be buying more of each quite quickly and better to buy these in larger bulk save cost.

Brilliant value

Although is pretty easy to use, the product comes with no instructions whatsoever. It would be good if the test strips showed how to balance the levels of alkalinity and pH. Nevertheless, it is good value for the money paid, as my pool chlorine level is now good.

Worked well and easy to use. As others have mentioned, there aren't any instructions included so I just started by trying one tablet in our paddling pool. When I checked with one of the strips the next day, I was reasurred the water was clean and there was enough of a chlorine smell to tell me it was working. Hopefully it will continue to do so.

I agree with everyone else the lack of instructions is frustrating eg how many tablets to use and how far open the vent should be.I even went on the manufacturers website Swindon Pool Chemicals and even they dont provide instructions.Oh well just trial and error I guess but not really good enough.
