Really too early to review. However, so far, so good, no issues. I love that it is organic, my main reason for purchasing this one, and also that it is sourced from the Jerusalem Artichoke. Seems to assist digestion.

Works great when making yogurt. My yogurt came out thick and perfect. At times difficult to dissolve without clumping, however after much stirring it blends in nicely.
