Reall good machine
Really good washing machine. Love the self dosing for detergent and softener. This machine is really quiet, so much so you wojld think it was off. Only down side is it leaves the washing damper than our last machine that had a 1600 spin.

Bane of my existence
This washer is the bane of my existence. We've owned it less than a year and it managed to break twice which required 4 visits (so far) by their engineers. At least the customer service delivers and are available 7 days a week - They probably have to when these things break so much! On an odd occasion when it actually does work, it's relatively quiet and cleans well but not as well as our local laundrette, which we've become frequent customers lately.The companion app is pretty bad. It keeps disconnecting and is not very intuitive. Doesn't integrate with HomeKit, etc. for home automation. We stopped using it.Bad overall, we've lost faith in the brand.

Whirlpool Supreme Care Premium+
The machine is impressive to say the least. Its has a 12kg drum capacity but is still on the smaller size compared to other large load machines. True to the marketing its certainly quiet. It is still a washing machine so there is some noise but even on a 1400 spin its still surprisingly quiet.The interface is not the easiest to navigate if you want to dig into the customised load settings but getting to the basic ones is fairly straight forward. Once I have my degree in WIFI enabled washing machines I might be able to use the machine without the manual...but for now it will be kept close to the machine.The app is fairly rudemental and whilst it GUI is appealing, its slow and buggy. After each wifi enabled wash cycle, the machine needs to have the WIFI turned back on to allow you to run another wash. When is does work its still only really useful to see how much each wash is estimated to cost, and use in terms of energy and water. Setup is straight forward but you will need patience as it has a tendency to crash quite easily.The machine itself seems well made, and the small details like a light inside the drum that comes on when loading or removing washing are a nice touch.
