These beans were surprisingly very good. I wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid, but ended up getting something high value and very delicious. Can’t wait to see them back in stock so I can stock up my pantry.

The beans are good, and I have no problem with the texture, color, or nutrients, but the package arrived with half of the cans damaged. There was zero packing material in the box to cushion them. I ordered two sets of pintos (four cans each) and they arrived in the same box, rattling around without even old crumpled newspaper to hold them in place. I don't think they were delivered by Amazon, which could explain the bizarre lack of any packing. One can is so severely dented that it looks like it was run over by a truck. The other three that were damaged have dents on the top. The price was exceptional, but I don't think they came from the shelf in that condition. I am now awaiting four cans of chickpeas and hope they arrive intact.

Excellent base or addition to a variety of dishes. Mashed to a neutral bean paste for refried beans or alternate hummus. Price & convenience are just right.

I've ordered these pinto beans a few times now, and haven't been disappointed once. I use them in soup and they taste great, plus they're priced much better than my local supermarket. A+ product!
