Love these! Great Classroom Purchase!
I teach second grade, and these are super helpful! I use them for math and sound boxes for phonics. The quantity and quality are great for the price.

Can be double-sided with a number bond
This is and EXCELLENT teaching tool, and it can be double side with a number bond. I used a Sharpie paint marker to make number bonds on the back of the ten frame. Small fridge magnets will fit, and magnetic numbers can be used to form a number sentence. Excellent teaching tool!!

Sturdy magnet pieces
This whole kit is so well made. The magnets are durable as is the mat to put them on. There are plenty of stars of different colors to work with for math problems and makes it fun for kids of all ages to learn

Excellent to start teaching math
This set is great! It was exactly what we needed to get my 5 year old granddaughter started with math. The set comes with 6 multicolored magnetic whiteboards. They are designed to have a 10 frame on top and then below the 10 frame is a blank line for writing on with a dry erase marker. Two dry erase markers were included and we loved that they have a felt eraser on the lid. This just made it so convenient. The markers wrote and erased perfectly. Here’s what made this set so loved by my granddaughter; the rainbow stars. It comes with 6 different colors and each color has 10 stars. The stars are foam pieces with a magnet on the back. She absolutely loves these stars and enjoys separating out the colors and deciding what color is going to go in her 10 frame. She truly doesn’t even realize she’s learning and keeps asking if we can play the star game. Right now we’re just working on counting and number identification, but that’s what I love about this set, we can use it as a simple counting game now and incorporate harder skills as she progresses.Once we’re done with a few gentle counting exercises, we give her free range with the set and she ends up drawing shapes and playing with the stars. I truly cannot recommend this set enough for young learners.

My kid absolutely loves this
So, my daughter is homeschooled & she's 4. It's hard to think of ways to make math interesting/fun & kids that little have a tough time with doing math the typical way at first, they need visuals to help them, I think. And this has made math SO easy for her - & she literally asks me multiple times a day, "can I play my math game??" She's excited about math. I mean, what else could I ask for?And it comes with multiple boards, so you could do numbers beyond 10 as well that way, or more than one child could use the set at a time. And I like that the pieces are stars - some sets just have circles from what I've seen. This one is cute & holds her attention. I really like this, it's a 5/5 from me.
