The chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. The size is extra wide, and it provides secure support. It can be used as a comfortable chair with soft padding, and a convenient storage pocket on the side. Well made!

For a heavy adult man or women it is very sturdy, no problem getting up or sitting down. And comfortable , fits almost anywhere you would need it.

Bad designAfter putting this thing together it became obvious there would be problems.1. There are just two small wires to hold the bucket.2. The bucket is shallow. Which would allow splashing back onto the person using it.3. When pulling the bucket out it wants to pop off of the wires and tilts backwards. Which would cause spillage.4. The tube frame is thin and small in diameter. There is no way this could support a larger person.5. The bucket, as shown in the pictures, does not have a way of stopping in the center. Allowing the person to completely miss the bucket.There is no way we can use it. We will be requesting a return.This has been a completely disappointing experience. We do not recommend this product.

Sturdy, adjustable and has the storage for the needed toiletries. I recommend putting a plastic runner under it if the room is carpeted, because accidents happen and it aids for easy to clean. The key lid to the seat is a bit of a handful. The seat itself has a small crease where the material comes together and that is a bit difficult to clean.

This bedside commode is very sturdy and wide - everything it claims to be. It was easy to assemble as long as you read the directions thoroughly and lay all parts out/identify before starting assembly. The bucket is not shallow as one report stated. The sturdy & deep bucket is collapsed for shipping and you simply push it out to expand it before sliding under seat frame. The height and width of chair is easily "push button" adjustable to suit any needs (bedside, shower, extra chair, etc.) The sturdy side arms help support my disabled mom while getting in & out of seat. I would recommend this item over any others due to its sturdiness, adaptability and ease in assembling.

Never needed a pad under a chair for leakage. It’s a sturdy chair and not too difficult to assemble. But why does the seat causes leaks to the floor?

We actually use this up north while camping and it works phenomenonally well. We dig a hole in the ground and put this over top (without the bucket) so we don't have to squat. The set up directions are a little lacking but it wasn't horrible. After that there's nothing to do to use it. Just set it down where you want and away you go. It works great. Extremely sturdy even with the uneven ground. And very comfy to sit on.
