I never really measured it bit it comes with three peices, the cloak is 2 peices a peice for the hood and 1 peice fo the other part and the figure itself

Is it hard to get the robe off?

Yes kind of because u got to kind of bend the robe back for the arms to come out with the figure. But after all it is a cool figure for your kids to play with
