They work as long as you have good internet. If your wifi is bad or too far away then they disconnect. I bought an extender and it helps with the glitching.

I have tried contacting the seller telling them that these will not stay online even once I deleted the app and tried to redo the steps from the very beginning. They just keep falling off and not functioning. The only thing that does function is the light very bright and efficient as far as the light goes but as far as the camera goes, I would not buy them again. In fact I want to return these at this point.

Bought these to replace two separate brands of cameras, each with their own app. Buying these two allows one app to control both. Very easy to setup. The lense is good during the day, but zooming in shows it's subpar resolution. Clarity suffers badly when zooming. There is no switching between SD and HD. Mic and speaker sound quality is bad. Nighttime viewing is just poor. The 4 low powered infrared emitters is not enough to illuminate at a reasonable distance in the dark. At best the camera sees about 25 feet in very low light or darkness. External background lighting helps. 4 low powered LEDs for lighting is just weak. White light LEDs are used. Sort of makes up for the low output lumens. The power adapter is 5 volts 1 amp which explains the low output infrareds, LED lights, and low audio. The adapter and it's USB connector is not waterproof so that will be a problem out in the elements. Finally, at night once the lights are detection triggered, they stay on for less than 3 seconds with no way to set a longer duration. And they don't immediately retrigger if motion continues. Your only option is to set the lights on continuosly which is supposed to give full color viewing in low light. Does not work. Still black and white imaging. The only reason I'm keeping them is they work well with Alexa and I can view the cameras on my Alexa Show 11 and 10. It's a good daytime camera with some limitations, ommisions, low power illumination, and poor audio.

It took me a bit to find a camera for my barns. But let me tell you. These barns are 480ft long. I installed the camera at the front of my barns(I have one in each). Granted I can’t see the very back. But you get what I saying. It’s hot, dusty, and loud at times. So far these cameras have been great. They were easy easy to set up. The power cord is a good length. Easy to hang up. Definitely worth buying. I read that you can purchase something on the app. But I don’t need to. The camera does rotate, I can hear through it into my barns. I havnt tried talking through it. But it says I can. It even has the capability of motion and sound detection if I turn it on. But I do t want to get a notification of every bird chirp. Good little camera.

I’ve had another camera from their range for 2 years now and have upgraded to this one. So easy to install and the app is easy to set up and very user friendly. The picture quality is great and there is so much you can do on the app. I subscribe to their cloud service and get 24/7 recording, you can use a SD card and not pay a subscription if you like. For the price you pay you cannot get a better camera that has all the features, including motion tracking, than this, and their customer service is great too. Very much value for money.
