How do I clean these glasses?

I usually use my shirt tail to clean these glasses. These glasses are inexpensive but well worth the cost.

Are these green tinted lenses?

“Smoke” is the tint. It’s just a normal black sunglass tint. They offer other tints like “mirror”, but I’m not sure if they offer green.
