Hello, the Tr or T in model name Tr10 means trapezoidal. Trapezoidal lead screw and acme lead screw both use trapezoidal thread, and trapezoidal lead screw uses metric standard, acme lead screw uses imperial. T10 leads screw's diameter is 10mm, equivalent to 3/8 inch acme lead screw.

Q: Is this available in longer lengths, like 515mm (CR-10S) or up?
