Great pizza peel
First one got damaged in shipping. They replaced it with no issues at all. The perfect size for 12” 300g dough balls. Easy to use, easy to clean, thicker than the other ones on Amazon.

Game Changer!
I have a number of pizza peels, and have struggled to consistently launch launch pizzas. This perfomred exactly as advertised. Since receiving it, I immediately made 5 pizzas, and they all launched flawlessly. Wish I had found this earlier; it's so easy to use I would recommend the Gozney Pro Pizza Placement Peel to anyone, regardless of where they are in their pizza making journey. Good but too expensive
The holes become problematic when trying to toss the pizza in the over while raw even with flour it tears the dough sometimes

Does not release dough
Not sure how this peel got a high rating, it does not release the dough even using semolina. I gave it a 2 star because it's well made. I would not recommend.
