Paramount Roasters Coffee Organic Breakfast Blend, 40 oz

I did not rate the coffee on sheerness because I don't have a clue what that is. I have been buying this coffee for awhile now because it has a very good, medium roasted flavor and it's price is quite reasonable. I use it as the base of a blend that includes 3 scoops of this, a scoop of French Roast decaf (my wife doesn't want too much) and sometimes a scoop of espresso roast. I use this to brew 9 cups in our drip machine. Makes for a very nice cup, if you're not a coffee snob.

I absolutely love this coffee. It has a smooth, rich taste without tasting burnt. I have also not experienced the stomach upset I sometimes get with coffee, even on an empty stomach.

Just tasted this coffee and it is great! So smooth and delicious! This is the only coffee I'll be buying now that I want to only drink organically grown coffee.

This is the best morning coffee our office has had since exploring organic coffees. We try others, but keep coming back to the Paramount Medium Blend. When my office is happy, I'm happy.

There just isn't much to this coffee blend. Not interesting. Not tasty in a "wow" way.Too easy to pay the same and get better coffee with more flavor.

I love the taste of this coffee and the fact it is organic. It is hard to find chemical free coffee.

The coffee is ok. The shipping is not. Twice out of the four times I've ordered, the bag has been torn open, spilling coffee out. Not happening a third time - I'll be finding a new brand.
