Best purchase I've made for remote work. I can be in the middle of a noisy coffee shop or brewery with loud music, and can still hear my calls clearly, and my audience can hear me too with the mouthpiece. Great for the noisy office too. I love both the active noise cancelling and the pass-through option if I'm in a quiet area and need to ensure I'm not yelling. I use the wired option so I don't have to worry about charging them, and I have a USB converter so I can use it with my Macbook. My suggestions would be: have a USB-C option if that's a thing, and make these with bigger ear pads. They do hurt a bit after several hours of work.

Worth the money I have a toddler and unless she was on my lap screaming at the top of her lungs my customers didn’t hear a thing, and also when I did quality and listen to my calls I couldn’t hear anything . my supervisor and I were super close and she said during quality she didn’t hear my toddler at all. I work in healthcare and I needed the best and these definitely did the job. They kinda get uncomfortable if you have it on or 8-9 Hours after your shift you’ll definitely be massaging your ear a little but I didn’t care I just needed to keep my Job lol they did amazing my toddler is extremely loud btw the only way I hear her voice is if she was sitting in my lap yelling very very loud like it said when I completed a mic check and play back . I did a large research on TikTok and the web etc. before purchasing and these are it guys !!!

For such a high price the performance inconsistency is disappointing. The mic Noise cancellation didn’t work consistently , sometimes it sounds great other times you sound far away or with distortion, this is 90% of the time. I did all the suggested troubleshooting from the Epos website, and it didn’t work. Now I have to return it and pay high return fees since I live abroad

Effectively prevents the person I'm talking to from hearing noise in my background (talking outside my office or even construction noise in my garage downstairs), but doesn't do much to prevent me from hearing noise in my background. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2nd gen blocks background noise for me far better, but its microphones are far worse than this EPOS. The EPOS mic has great audio quality. You can put the boom on either side. Sidetone (ability to hear your voice through the headset) is nice so you don't accidentally speak too loudly. The macOS app is good, with many controls (better than the Jabra app I tested). The first set I tried was defective. When ANC was enabled, there was a sound like a computer or other electronic device processing coming through the left ear. The second set I tried didn't have this problem.

It's been about one year that I'm using this Headset and it works perfectly. The ANC feature is amazing.

These are the best headphones for work from home customer service reps. I had a cheaper pair & they don’t compare. This one cancels out background noise so I can’t hear it but simultaneously keeps the background noise out so my cx can’t hear anything. Especially my noisy kids . It’s definitely worth spending a little more money. The only reason I took one star off is because every once in a while I will get a loud static in the headset. But it goes away within 20 or so seconds. I’ve had them for several months.

A bit more expensive but FAR better sound quality than suffering with Logitech and similar sized units. These are a great wired unit so it doesn't require charging, pairing, etc. They're likely the best value / option before going up to the much larger profile over-the-ear units.

O fone tem um acabamento excelente, desde as almofadas que são revestidas com um couro bem macio até o cabo que é super maleável. Usei plantronic durante anos e o que mais gostei neste da EPOS foi o filtro de ruído dele para conversação. Todos me escutam com clareza e não escutam nenhum barulho ao meu redor, mesmo em casa com barulho de aspirador, cachorro, etc. Ainda vem com uma bolsa em tecido muito boa.
